You will provide first-line technical support to internal users, ensuring systems, hardware, and software run smoothly across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide first-line IT support to staff across the organisationTroubleshoot hardware, software, and network issuesSet up and configure laptops, desktops, and mobile devicesAssist with user account management (e.g. onboarding/offboarding, password resets)Support IT infrastructure, including printers, servers, and network equipmentMaintain accurate IT documentation and asset registersEscalate complex issues to senior IT team members when requiredRequirementsDegree in IT, Computer Science, or a related technology fieldStrong interest in IT support and infrastructureBasic understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking conceptsGood problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work on-site in South Oxfordshire, 5 days per weekD
