In this role, you ll develop trusted relationships with customers, guide them through technical product options, and support the day-to-day growth of the business. Key responsibilities include: Handling inbound enquiries via phone and email Advising customers on suitable product solutions Creating quotes and processing orders using a custom CRM system (Elysium) Following up on quotations and identifying upselling opportunities Making outbound calls to maintain and update customer records Assisting the wider team on collaborative projects What we re looking for: This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving and thrives in a busy, detail-driven environment.
