Talent Partner (Commercial / Operations) - UK and EULocation: Hybrid - London (Waterloo, 2/3 days per week + initial training period onsite)Salary: Up to £45,000Start Date: ASAP, 3-month contractAbout the RoleAs a Talent Partner within our Talent Acquisition team, you will take ownership of end-to-end recruitment across our commercial, administrative, and operations functions in the UK and European markets.You will act as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing expert guidance, market insight, and delivering high-quality hiring outcomes. This role goes beyond coordination, requiring you to lead recruitment processes, influence stakeholders, and drive hiring strategy.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to fully understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment adviceOwn and deliver the full recruitment lifecycle, from role briefing through to offer management and onboardingDevelop and execute proactive sourcing strategies, building diverse and high-quality talent pipelines across the UK and EUAct as a subject matter expert, advising stakeholders on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring best practicesManage and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring clear, timely, and professional communication throughoutDrive direct sourcing activity, utilising innovative search techniques to identify talent beyond traditional channelsCollaborate with the wider People and Culture team to continuously impr
