Regional Business Manager

Hybrid/Dunton, Essex

Expleo is seeking a commercially focused Regional Business Manager to join our team on a contract. This is a hybrid role combining office, home, and field-based working, offering the opportunity to manage high-profile fleet accounts and drive business growth across the UK. The role will involve regular UK travel.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and develop a portfolio of regional fleet accounts.
• Build strong customer relationships and act as a trusted business partner.
• Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities to maximise value and long-term retention.
• Deliver against sales, order intake, build and registration objectives.
• Present business solutions and recommendations to stakeholders with confidence and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline information through CRM systems.

Requirements:

• Degree qualified or equivalent relevant experience.
• Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, Marketing, or a customer-facing commercial role.
• Strong communication, presentation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team.
• Experience using Salesforce and Microsoft Office.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
