Senior Customer Service Administrator

Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking a Senior Customer Services Administrator to join a friendly, well-established contact centre team. Reporting to the Team Manager, the Senior Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for: Act as first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls and e-mails, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction Answering incoming calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner Providing accurate information to customers and resolving any issues they may have Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure customer needs are met The ideal candidate for the role of Senior Customer Services Administrator will have: A minimum of 2 years'' experience in Life Assurance, ideally within a Call Centre environment Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette Good Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Strong interpersonal skills to be able to deal with people at all levels
