Customer Services Administrator

Our Client, a large Finance Sector firm, are seeking a Customer Services Administrator (New Business) to join a friendly, well-established team. Reporting to the Team Manager, the Customer Services Administrator will be responsible for: Reviewing new business applications for quality and regulatory Anti-Money Laundering and Counter Terrorism Financing control purposes Ensuring that new business applications have been accepted and processed in line with internal guidelines and procedures Contacting Financial Advisers and Customers to request outstanding information Reviewing trust and corporate documentation as part of the new business application process The ideal candidate for the role of Customer Services Administrator will have: A minimum of 1 years'' experience in Life Assurance, ideally within new business or AML Good communication and organisational skills Good attention to detail skills Team Player
