The Benefits £35,000-£40,000 inclusive of shift allowance (£16-£17 per hour + shift allowance)Shift allowance - £18 per shift (£3,744 per annum)33 Days holiday including bank holidays (25 + bank holidays)Pension Scheme 5%Ongoing commitment to training and progression start on day shift (6:00-14:00) until fully trainedChristmas shutdown The Role Set and operate 4 and 5 axis Starrag milling machinery using Heidenhain controls to produce precise components for a variety of industries.Produce small and large batches of precise components working to extremely tight tolerances to ensure quality expectations are met.Read and interpret detailed engineering drawings to produce components using a variety of materials efficiently and effectively.Follow and adhere to company Health and Safety policies and procedures. T
