You ll play a key role in producing precision components to exact specifications, working with advanced machinery in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities CNC Miller Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines, including Bridgeport, Beaver, Hardinge, and Hartford models.Use CNC CAM systems and Fanuc/Heidenhain/Mitsubishi controls to produce high-quality components.Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machines to ensure optimal performance.Work with general tool room machinery to support production processes.Ensure compliance with safety standards and quality control procedures.Collaborate with the team to meet production deadlines and maintain high standards. Key Experience and Qualifications CNC MillerProficient in setting and operating: Bridgeport Interact 4Bridgeport VMC1000BeaverHardinge VMC1000 MK2Hartford MC2060Bridgeport 1000Experience with 1CNC CAM system.Knowledge of Fanuc, Heidenhain, or Mitsubishi controls.Familiarity with general tool room machinery.Current Fork Truck Licence.
