The Role With a strong emphasis on Employee Relations, you will take ownership of a varied case portfolio, supporting managers through the full lifecycle of ER matters. These will include disciplinary, grievance, performance, absence management, probation and workplace investigations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will provide clear, pragmatic guidance that balances organisational needs with employee wellbeing, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice at all times. You will also:Lead and support employee meetings, including welfare discussions and complex case reviewsCoach managers to build capability and confidence in handling people issuesIdentify risks and trends, proactively recommending solutions to improve people management practicesEnsure all documentation and case management is accurate, consistent, and compliant About You You will bring strong experience in Employee Relations, with the ability to confidently manage cases from start to finish.
