Reporting to the MD, you will play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, supporting cashflow reporting, ensuring compliance with financial processes, and delivering excellent service to both internal stakeholders and customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous finance experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and contributing to the continued success of the business.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProcess sales and purchase ledger invoices, journals and financial transactions accurately and efficiently.Complete PDQ reconciliations and payment processing for UK and international sales, resolving discrepancies where required.Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports, including cashflow and income/expenditure forecasting.Support banking reconciliations, credit control, customer invoice queries and credit note administration.Assist with payroll administration and UK/European VAT compliance, including liaison with HMRC.Support audits, stocktakes and the preparation of financial documentation for compliance purposes.Maintain financial records, Sage 200 data and Excel-based reporting while helping to strengthen internal financial controls.Monitor outstanding debts, investigate financial variances and provide additional ..... full job details .....
