This is a varied role supporting the day-to-day financial operations of a well-established organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess invoices, credit notes, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.Perform regular bank reconciliations and investigate outstanding items.Support payment processing activities and month-end finance tasks.Maintain supplier and customer records, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.Monitor and process direct debit transactions.Maintain financial records and supporting documentation.Respond to internal and external finance-related queries.Assist with financial reporting and account analysis using Excel.Ensure confidential information is handled appropriately and in line with company procedures.Provide general administrative support to the finance department.RequirementsAAT Level 4 qualified, studying towards, or equivalent accounting experience.Previous experience within an accounts or finance position.Good understanding of accounting processes and financial controls.Strong Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.Strong communication ..... full job details .....
