An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Services professional to lead and develop a Building Services function across a diverse residential and commercial property portfolio.Reporting directly to the Director of Property, you will provide strategic and operational leadership to a multidisciplinary team including Surveyors, Engineers, Building Services Specialists, and Administrative staff.
