The role In your new role as an HR Coordinator to join our client''s London office. Working closely with the wider HR team, management and business services departments, you will provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle and regularly collaborate with colleagues across the firm''s US and European offices. Your responsibilities will include: Managing the onboarding process, including pre-employment screening, background checks, new joiner orientation and maintaining relevant HR trackers. Coordinating immigration, visa and international mobility processes, including sponsorship requirements, international transfers and secondments. Managing general HR administration across the employee lifecycle, including employee records, promotions, transfers, payroll coordination and leaver processes. Coordinating annual performance reviews, probationary reviews and London-based learning and development initiatives.
