I am working with a brilliant business based in Birmingham City Centre who are looking for an HR Coordinator to join them on an initial 3-month FTC, with the potential to extend. This is a really varied role where you''ll get involved across HR administration, recruitment and payroll, as well as supporting the wider team with employee engagement and general coordination.What will you be doing?You''ll be responsible for a real mix of HR coordination, including:Supporting the full employee lifecycle from onboarding through to leaversProducing contracts, change letters and other HR documentationKeeping the HRIS (BambooHR) up to dateSupporting recruitment and coordinating interviewsManaging onboarding and new starter processesSupporting the payroll process, including employee changes, leavers, P45s and deductionsMaintaining accurate employee data and HR recordsSupporting employee engagement activityHelping with inductions and ensuring new starters have a great experienceProviding some PA/administrative support to the CEO and wider C-Suite, including booking hotels and travelGeneral HR administration and supporting the wider HR team as requiredWhat are they looking for?This isn''t a role where you can ..... full job details .....
