The role sits across operations, compliance and analytics, helping improve processes throughout the asset lifecycle. Responsibilities Map existing processes, gather stakeholder requirements and identify gaps. Create process documentation and standard operating procedures. Support initiatives to improve device returns and end-of-life asset processing. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows through automation. Handle regional operational tickets and cross-functional requests. Analyse data, prepare reports and present performance metrics. Manage several projects and adapt as priorities change. Experience and skills Around 2-3 years of relevant experience, ideally in logistics, supply chain or warehouse operations. Experience with process mapping, operational improvement or business analysis. Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder-management skills. Confidence working with operational data and managing competing priorities. Experience in logistics or warehouse technology would be useful.
