Job Description - Voids SupervisorLocation: ThameThe RoleWe are currently recruiting for an experienced Voids Supervisor to join our client''s team, overseeing void property works across a large geographical contract.The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating void works, ensuring properties are brought back up to the required lettable standard within agreed timescales and in line with quality and compliance requirements.We are open to candidates who have previously worked as an operative within the voids sector, provided they have a good understanding of the voids process and have gained supervisory experience.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervising and coordinating void property works across a large geographical area.Overseeing operatives and subcontractors to ensure work is completed efficiently and to the required standard.Monitoring progress of void properties and ensuring turnaround targets are achieved.Carrying out property inspections and quality checks.Ensuring works are completed in line with relevant SOR (Schedule of Rates) codes.Identifying any additional works required and ensuring these are correctly recorded and reported.Managing workloads and prioritising jobs to ensure properties are returned to a lettable standard as quickly as possible.Maintaining regular communication with internal teams, contractors and other key stakeholders.Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with health and safety requirements.Essential ..... full job details .....
