Overview Our client is a leading, well-established construction organisation with an exceptional reputation across large-scale commercial and residential developments. They are seeking a proactive Senior Health and Safety Manager to provide strategic HandS leadership across multiple flagship projects. This role suits a confident people manager who enjoys shaping high standards, building capability, and driving a positive safety culture. Key Responsibilities • Lead, mentor, and develop a dedicated Health and Safety team across multiple project sites • Oversee day-to-day HandS operations and provide expert guidance to project leadership • Ensure full compliance with statutory regulations along with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 • Support and supervise safety professionals, promoting continuous learning and professional development • Conduct site inspections, audits, and investigations, providing clear recommendations • Contribute to the overall HandS strategy and champion best practice across the business Requirements • NEBOSH General Certificate and/or NEBOSH Construction Certificate • Proven experience supervising or managing HandS professionals within the construction sector • Strong working knowledge of relevant UK legislation and ISO standards • Confident communicator able to influence at all levels • Positive, hands-on approach with a commitment to team development and high standards Why Apply This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected, stable construction group
