First Line Support Analyst Nottingham Permanent Up to £31,000 per annum Excellent Benefits Full UK Driving License and Own Car Required Our client are seeking an IT Analyst with atleast 1 years commerical experience to join their team on a permanent basis. You will support colleagues across the business and help deliver reliable, secure and user-focused IT services. Your work will include ticket and incident management, user and device administration, setting up equipment, onboarding and offboarding, maintaining accurate records and coordinating day-to-day support activity. Knowledge Required: Proven working experience in an IT support, service desk or technical operations role. Familiarity with ticket and incident management systems and working with third-party support providers. Knowledge of networking concepts, cloud technologies, PC hardware and peripherals. Experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365, Exchange Online, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Windows 11 and Microsoft Entra ID. Understanding of user access, device management, onboarding and offboarding processes. Awareness of common cyber security risks and secure working practices. Skills Required: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Windows, Exchange Online, Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID administration.
