You will manage the timely delivery of all parts and materials, ensuring that both internal and external production targets are met. Your strategic purchasing and supplier management will directly contribute to the company''s success.Responsibilities:- Interpret requirement plans to ensure accurate order coverage.- Manage purchase orders to achieve on-time customer delivery.- Analyse buying patterns and predict future supply trends.- Negotiate contract terms and build strong supplier relationships.- Identify new opportunities and secure long-term cost agreements.- Support company initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce costs.- Process Engineering Change Notes accurately and efficiently.- Act as the SAP Super User for the Purchasing department.Requirements:- Proven experience in a buying or procurement role.- Strong sales and negotiation skills.- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.- Ability to work effectively independently and within a team.- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail.- CIPS qualification, or the willingness to work towards it.- Experience using SAP is essential.Benefits:Flexible
