Coordinate and monitor the Corrigo work order management system, ensuring timely assignment, progress tracking, and completion of maintenance requests in collaboration with the site engineering team Provide technical oversight and quality assurance for contract works and repairs, verifying work meets specifications and serves the best interests of landlords and tenants. Conduct dip checking of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) activities to verify completion standards, quality of work, and compliance with maintenance schedules. Hands-On Technical Leadership (40%) Perform planned maintenance activities and repairs on building systems as scheduled, maintaining technical proficiency across core engineering disciplines.
