Construction Lawyer (4–7 PQE)

to join their team.This is a

rare opportunity to step into an in-house environment where you’ll work side by side

with the business, directly influencing bids and projects that shape communities and industries.Key Details:Contract:

3 months (with strong potential to extend)Experience:

4–7 years PQE (prior in-house experience welcome, but not essential if you bring strong construction expertise)Location:

Hybrid – initially 3 days in office, with greater flexibility possible laterWhat You’ll Be Doing:Advising on and negotiating

NEC/JCT contractsLeading on

public procurement bids , including preparing clarification questionsDrafting and amending

professional services appointments ,

collateral warranties ,

PCGs , and related documentsSupporting bid preparation and

contractual queriesWhile predominantly

non-contentious , some involvement in

commercial claims
