The role is for 5 months until December 2026 and is offered on a hybrid basis with a minimum of 3 days a week onsite.The HR Officer will provide professional, proactive HR Support to the organisation during a period of increased project activity. The role will ensure continuity of day-to-day operations, supporting managers across a wide range of people matters, while contributing to the effective delivery of recruitment, employee relations advice and HR reporting.The duties of the HR Officer include:Providing advice and guidance to managers on the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring compliance with the organisation''s procedures and best practiceEnsuring all recruitment activity is conducted in accordance with employment lawCoordinating and facilitating recruitment activity including advertising, shortlisting support and interview processesProviding hiring managers with updates on recruitment, identifying any risks or delaysAdvising managers contractual terms and conditions, including local and national agreements, ensuring compliance with employment legislationPreparing, issuing and maintaining contracts of employment and new starter documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Processing and implementing ..... full job details .....
