Act as the day-to-day specialist lead on Health and Safety advice across the organisation. Contribute to the development, implementation, and delivery of the HR Strategy and progressive HR policies. Generate insightful HR reports and Management Information Systems (MIS) to drive smart decision-making. Support recruitment, performance management, and disciplinary/grievance procedures while nurturing strong working relationships across teams. Assist with designing and delivering engaging training and briefing materials. Assist with monitoring HR budgets, raising purchase orders, and handling routine financial admin.
