Operations Manager
Our Client is a growing fast paced Finance company. The Operations Manager will hold a broad scope of responsibilities including managing HR, the in-house training, compliance with all aspects and IT developments and supplier and account management.This role is based on site at Head office five days a week and is pivotal in streamlining processes and driving performance to achieve strategic goals.Key Responsibilities: Operational Leadership and Process OptimisationHuman Resources ManagementSupplier and Commercial OversightOperational Cost Management and Management Accounts SupportCompliance and Regulatory ManagementIT Operations and Development OversightMonthly ReportingCross-Functional CollaborationDaily Business ManagementDirect operation for Training Required Qualifications and Skills: 5+ years of experience in an operational roleStrong understanding of HR, supplier management, compliance and training functions with proven leadership in these areas Demonstrable team management skills, capable of training and leading diverse teamsExcellent communication skills both written and verbalProven project management skills
