We are recruiting up to four enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join a primary school in the Blackpool area. The school supports children with vaying needs such as autism, providing a nurturing and supportive learning environment.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Teaching Assistant or education professional looking to develop their career within a specialist setting and make a meaningful difference to the lives of young people.

The Role

As a Teaching Assistant, you will support pupils with their learning, development and wellbeing.

Requirements

• Previous experience working in a school setting is essential
• Experience supporting junior and/or secondary-aged pupils
• An understanding of, or experience working with, autism is desirable
• Ability to build positive relationships with children and young people
• A patient, caring and supportive approach
• Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils
