Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer Location: South WestSalary: Dependent on experienceType: Permanent The Role An established law firm is looking for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor / Conveyancer to join its team. You will manage a varied residential property caseload independently, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, new-build and shared ownership matters. The role wirking, marketing and business development activity. Requirements Qualified Solicitor or experienced Residential Conveyancer. 10+ years'' PQE or equivalent experience preferred. Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently. Strong experience with complex and high-value transactions. Excellent client care, communication and organisational skills. Strong technical, drafting and negotiation abilities. Experience mentoring or supervising junior staff desirable.
