This is an excellent opportunity for a Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive seeking high-quality work, strong support and genuine career progression within a modern and client-focused practice. The Role You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion, acting for a diverse client base across Kent, Sussex and the wider South East. The caseload will include: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Transfers of equity Re-mortgages New build transactions Shared ownership matters Leasehold enquiries and management company issues Declarations of Trust Title investigations SDLT submissions Land Registry applications You will have exposure to more complex conveyancing matters, including leasehold transactions involving managing agents, freeholders and third-party enquiries.
