Are you organised, detail-driven, and passionate about turning exciting events into seamless experiences£ We’re a vibrant special events company based in Pershore, and we’re looking for a Key Account Manager to join our lively team and play a key role in the smooth running of our operations.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities
Focus Areas: Client Retention | Relationship Management | Account Growth Direct Responsibilities include:
Client Relationship and Retention
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key clients, fostering strong long-term relationships
- Conduct regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and performance reviews to maintain high client satisfaction
- Resolve escalated client concerns promptly, ensuring trust and continued engagement.
Account Growth and Strategy
- Identify and present upsell, and cross-sell opportunities based on evolving client needs.
- Analyse account performance trends to uncover growth opportunities and guide strategic decision-making.
- Develop tailored account growth plans with measurable objectives and timelines.
Team and Project Collaboration
- Work closely with project management, delivery, and product teams to ensure smooth execution and timely delivery of services
- Communicate client expectations clearly across teams, aligning deliverables with strategic account goals.
Reporting and Performance Oversight
- Prepare and deliver regular performance reports, highlighting KPIs, milestones, and progress toward account goals.
Leadership and Mentorship
- Mentor, guide, and support the Junior Account Manager in daily tasks and strategic development.
- Delegate responsibilities effectively while fostering growth and autonomy in junior team members.
- Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and provide constructive feedback
