Working Hours

- Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Client Support and Communication

- Assist with day-to-day client communications, ensuring prompt and professional responses
- Prepare and distribute client presentations, meeting notes, and follow-up materials
- Monitor client satisfaction and escalate issues when necessary to the Account Manager

Coordination and Data Management

- Maintain accurate CRM data and client account records
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth service delivery
- Contribute to account reviews and insights for ongoing optimisation

Administrative and Renewal Support

- Support contract administration and renewal processes
- Help prepare documentation and proposals for account growth opportunities
- Track key milestones, deadlines, and client touchpoints

Must-Have Skills

- Strong communicator (written and verbal)
- Organised and detail-oriented
- Team player with problem-solving mindset
- CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Presentation and reporting basics
- 1–2 years in customer-facing or support roles
- Eager to learn and take initiative
- Professional and client-focused
