HR Advisor

JOB SUMMARY: To work with the HR Business Partner and Senior HR Business Partner to provide comprehensive, pragmatic and customer focussed HR support, advice, and guidance to managers (and where relevant, employees), working within appropriate human resources and service area strategies, plans and policies, to provide timely, accurate and professional HR advice and guidance. ROLE REQUIREMENTS: To provide a professional HR advisory service on all terms and conditions of employment and associated policies. Provide effective recruitment and retention guidance, including advice/support. Undertake job evaluations as required, maintaining an up-todate record of evaluations and maintaining a library of job descriptions. To manage the redeployment process in conjunction with the Recruitment and Resourcing Team identifying potential jobmatching opportunities. To work with managers to process redundancies ensuring that contracts are terminated appropriately and that payments are made promptly In conjunction with the HR Business Partner be responsible for driving changes in service delivery both within the team and with managers relating to their service area and share updates/learning across the wider team arising from case work, for example, flexible work and reasonable adjustments.
