Maintenance Engineer £45,000 + Overtime Bolton Monday Friday Maximum 40 Basic Hours per Week The Opportunity - Maintenance Engineer We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Engineer to lead and develop the Engineering Department at our Bolton site. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineering professional who combines strong technical knowledge with proven leadership skills. You will take responsibility for the effective maintenance, repair and servicing of plant, machinery, buildings and equipment, ensuring maximum reliability, minimum downtime and high standards of safety. Working closely with the General Manager, you will lead the engineering team, manage preventative maintenance programmes, oversee contractors and drive continuous improvement across the site.
