Main responsibilities of the Strategic Sales Manager (Hybrid - with travel to HQ in Wales):Lead, manage, and develop the external sales team to drive performance and meet business objectivesProvide coaching and set clear objectives for team developmentManage key customer accounts to ensure service, satisfaction, and growthDrive strategic sales planning and business development across core sectorsOversee sales activity, territory management, and pipeline reportingRepresent the company at client meetings, trade shows, and supplier reviewsCollaborate with suppliers to support mutual growth objectivesMonitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy Requirements of the Strategic Sales Manager (Hybrid - with travel to HQ in Wales):Proven experience in managing and developing sales teamsStrong track record in B2B sales and account managementProduct knowledge in passive, electromechanical, or reliability-critical componentsExcellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skillsCommercially astute, data-driven, and goal-orientedWilling to travel regularly, including visits to HQ in Mid WalesFull clean UK driving licence Desirable:Experience in defence, aerospace, rail,
