Sales Advisor

Salary: £13.00 per hour

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Advisor to join our Birmingham branch. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and maximising sales opportunities through product recommendations and upselling.

What You'll Be Doing

• Deliver outstanding customer service both in-store and over the phone.
• Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable automotive parts, accessories, and add-on products.
• Use your sales skills to confidently upsell and maximise every customer interaction.
• Process sales accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain high standards of merchandising, stock presentation, and store appearance.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve individual and branch sales targets.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a retail or sales environment.
• Proven ability to upsell products and deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A positive, proactive, and target-driven attitude.
• An interest in the automotive industry or vehicle parts is desirable but not essential, as full product training will be provided.
• Availability to work one Saturday in every three.
