An education organisation based in London, are looking for an Head of HR to join at short notice. The role is to lead on modernising the HR function and line managing one person.

Description
A Head of HR to:
- Lead the HR function
- Manage the full employee life-cycle
- Review the HR function and modernise it
- Play a key role in significantly changing the HR function and embedding best practice across the organisation
- Reviewing and update HR policies and processes,
- Line manage one HR professional
- Support with the implementation and roll out of a new HRIS and ATS, and aligning this to new processes
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with organisational goals
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements
- Lead initiatives to improve employee engagement and workplace culture
- Support the organisation''s leadership team during this interim period of change
- Manage employee relations casework
- Lead staff well-being initiatives
Profile
A successful Head of HR should have:
- Previous line management experience
- Previous experience in updating a HR function
- Previous experience working in Education essential
Job Offer
Head of HR - Can be an interim role, temp to perm or a straight permanent hire
Up to -58,000 with the potential to increase after probation
