Customer Service Executive

Milton Keynes – fully office based
£14.50 per hour
Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm (37.5 hours)
Long-term temporary opportunity, with the potential to become permanent

Are you an experienced Customer Service professional who is available to start immediately?

We’re working with a fantastic Milton Keynes business who are looking for Customer Service Executives to join their busy and friendly team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys speaking to people, solving problems and making sure customers come away feeling like they’ve received a brilliant service.

It’s a long-term temporary opportunity initially, but there is potential for it to become permanent for the right person.

What will you be doing?

• Speaking with customers over the phone and via email
• Helping with queries and finding the right solutions
• Handling more complex conversations with empathy and professionalism
• Keeping customer records accurate and up to date
• Working closely with the wider team to achieve the best outcome for customers
• Following internal processes and compliance requirements

What are we looking for?

Previous customer service experience is essential for this role, so unfortunately we can only consider candidates who already have a customer service background.

You’ll also need:

• Great communication skills and confidence speaking with customers
• A friendly, professional and positive approach
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Good attention to detail
• Confidence using different IT systems
• The ability to work well in a busy, fast-paced environment
• Availability to start immediately
