We have an opportunity for a Plumbing biased Maintenance Technician to join an Estates Maintenance team in the centre of Oxford.As part of a multiskilled team you will be responsible for reactive maintenance activities across the Estate, typical work could include - Plumbing repairs to sinks, taps, toilets etcUnblocking sinks and toiletsBasic carpentryFixing locks, door closersMinor repairs and general maintenancePainting and making goodInitially this a 3 month assignment with possibility of becoming permanent or further extensions with an immediate start available.Please get in touch ASAP if you are interested
