Maintenance Operative - TXM Recruit are currently looking for a maintenance operative to work for a rapidly expanding retail maintenance team on a 12-week temp to perm scheme. Location - Harrow and Notting Hill Salary 31,000/Yr or £14.42/Hr Hours - 6am to 3pm - Monday to Friday (Can be flexed for childcare etc) Weekends - 1-in-4 weekend shift (1.25x rate for Sunday) Overtime - Overtime is there at 1.5x Please Note: a driving licence is required for this role. As a Maintenance Operative your duties will be but not limited to General reactive maintenance in store from toilets, shop floor and communal areas. This may include changing lightbulbs, replacing taps or toilet seats hanging doors or fixing shelves. Patch plaster. rendering, painting or minor carpentry and plumbing repairs. PPMs such as Legionella, Fire Alarm Testing, Sprinkler Testing (training provided). Building inspections including roof walks and building checks. There will be daily duties to ensure the tablet is updated, this may be reporting issues, HandS notes or sending emails.
