We''re recruiting for a Chef de Partie position within a quality-driven hotel operation in rural Scotland. This is an opportunity to join a structured brigade led by an ambitious Executive Chef with Michelin-starred experience, working across multiple food concepts while developing the skills that build long-term careers.
 
Live-in accommodation is available within walking distance of the venue, making this an ideal opportunity for chefs looking to relocate and immerse themselves in a serious kitchen environment.
 
The Kitchen  
This is not a kitchen built around convenience products and shortcuts.
 
The team works with excellent Scottish produce and a strong network of local suppliers, producing food across:

• Two Rosette standard dining
• Relaxed fine dining service
• À la carte menus
• Traditional afternoon teas
• High-quality Sunday roasts
• Weddings, events and banqueting

You''ll gain experience in every area of the operation while developing the core skills that ambitious chefs need:

• Fish preparation
• Butchery
• Stock making
• Sauce work
• Fermenting and pickling
• Classic cooking techniques
• Working with seasonal ingredients
