We’re currently partnered with a dynamic and fast-growing investment platform, seeking a proactive

Business Analyst

to support the evolution of their

Private Credit operations . This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of business and technology, helping to shape the operational backbone of a high-performing private markets function.

What you’ll be doing

Lead the design and optimisation of business processes in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Take ownership of requirement gathering, documentation, and gap analysis across key initiatives.

Contribute to shaping a scalable operating model that supports the business’s strategic growth in private credit.

Collaborate with IT and operations to ensure seamless implementation of new systems and solutions.

Manage UAT phases, write test cases, and drive adoption through user training and change support.

Support project delivery with responsibilities ranging from stakeholder workshops to reporting and resource planning.

What we’re looking for

A background in Business, Economics, IT or a related field – ideally at degree level or higher.

At least

3 years’ experience

in a business analysis role within the

Private Credit

space

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to bridge the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.

A self-starter who enjoys improving processes, challenging the status quo, and delivering structured, high-quality outputs.

Fluent in English (spoken and written); German is a plus.
