Job Overview Provide home-based care for complex emotional and mental health needs (shifts: 8 hours, varied patterns). Manage mobility, vital signs, nutrition, companionship and medication. Ensure reflective, values-driven care in people''s homes. Key Responsibilities Support mobility with basic moving/handling. Monitor vitals (BP, temp, pulse); prep meals and maintain hygiene. Offer emotional/financial support; document accurately. Required Qualifications and Experience 1.5+ years in community/home care, focusing on mental health, autism, learning disabilities and diverse groups.
