Marketing Assistant and Customer Services - combined role. We are recruiting for a new role with a client in the healthcare marketplace, based just north of Alton in Hampshire. The role is to work as a member of a small (but growing) team of 4 customer services people. The company is increasing focus on marketing in 2026, which is why this new role has been created.Responsibilities
Social media postingDigital collateralsExhibitionsAnswering incoming customer callsAddressing customers questions around products, deliveries and servicesProcessing orders and invoicesIf you are a recent marketing graduate, this would be an excellent career launch for you. Full training will be given.What we are looking for
Excellent phone manner; strong customer service focusDiplomacy and tact are important to support a strong sales departmentInterest in working within healthcare is an advantageQualification in marketing or 2 years’ experience as a marketing assistant is requiredWorking arrangements
The role is office based, 9-5, with some flexibility and potential to work from home one day per week for the right person. You must live within 30 minutes travel of Alton in Hampshire.How to apply
