You will play a crucial role in helping them to access the curriculum, manage their behaviour, and achieve their individual learning goals as outlined in their EHCP/IEP.Responsibilities:Provide consistent 1:1 support to a designated secondary school student with specific behavioural needs as detailed in their EHCP/IEP.Implement behaviour support strategies and interventions outlined in the student''s plan.Work closely with the student to build positive relationships and promote their social and emotional wellbeing.Support the student''s engagement in classroom activities and adapt tasks as directed by the class teacher and SENCO.Implement strategies to manage and de-escalate challenging behaviours in a calm and consistent manner.Contribute to the review and evaluation of the student''s EHCP/IEP, providing observations and feedback.Liaise effectively with the class teacher, SENCO, parents/carers, and other relevant professionals.Maintain accurate records of support provided and student progress.Promote the student''s independence and integration within the school environm
