The Role:We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Pastoral Behaviour Support Worker to join our student support team in our secondary school in Blackpool, UK. You will play a crucial role in providing targeted support to students who may be experiencing behavioural challenges, social-emotional difficulties, and barriers to learning, helping them to develop positive behaviours and thrive within our school community.Key Responsibilities:Provide individual and small group mentoring and support to students identified as needing pastoral and behavioural intervention.Work closely with Year Heads, Safeguarding Leads, SENCO, and teachers to implement behaviour support plans and pastoral care strategies aligned with the UK education system.Work with students to address underlying social and emotional issues contributing to behavioural challenges.Liaise with parents/carers and external agencies to ensure a holistic approach to student support and well-being in the UK.Maintain accurate records of interventions, student progress, and any concerns, adhering to data protection guidelines in the UK.About You:Experience working with youn
