This isn''t a big corporate setup where you''re one name on a rota. You''ll be hands-on, trusted, and the person the site relies on to keep everything running.The RoleYou''ll work 4 on 4 off, 12-hour nights, with half the year off the clock. Each night is different:Leading the response to breakdowns and getting lines back up quicklyDiagnosing electrical and mechanical faults across production and packaging equipmentCarrying out planned preventative maintenance to keep reliability highSupporting wider site maintenance and facilities tasksWorking closely with production and hygiene teams and helping operators get the best from their machinesDriving continuous improvement and making your mark on how the site runsYou''ll be working with conveyors, ovens, heat sealers, checkweighers, motors, drives, pumps, pneumatics, control panels and PLC-controlled equipment.What You''ll BringNVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical and/or Mechanical EngineeringStrong electrical fault-finding skills, including three-phase, motors, drives and control systemsSolid mechanical knowledgeA background in food, FMCG or fast-paced ..... full job details .....
