A leading high-volume residential developer is looking for an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of multi-plot housing developments. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in housebuilding, timber frame, and traditional build methods, looking to join an established developer with a consistent pipeline of work. Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day on-site operations for large-scale residential developments Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality Drive project timelines and ensure build programmes are met Maintain strict health and safety compliance across the site Conduct regular site inspections and ensure NHBC standards are met Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer service teams Deliver homes to a high standard and support the customer journey Skills and Experience Required Strong experience as a Site Manager within residential construction Proven track record on high-volume housebuilding sites Hands-on experience with timber frame AND traditional build Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple phases on fast-paced developments Thorough knowledge of NHBC and building regulations Mandatory Qualifications SMSTS CSCS First Aid at Work
