About the Role:

A thriving secondary school in Milton Keynes is seeking an English Teacher to join its dynamic department from January. The successful candidate will teach across KS3 and KS4, preparing pupils for GCSE success while nurturing a love of literature and language.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver inspiring English lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Differentiate to support a wide range of learners, including SEN and EAL pupils
• Prepare students effectively for GCSE examinations
• Contribute to curriculum development, literacy initiatives, and extra-curricular activities

Requirements:

• QTS and experience teaching English at KS3/KS4
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
• Ability to motivate and challenge pupils to achieve their best
