This is a great opportunity to become part of a small, friendly and welcoming finance team, offering a supportive working environment alongside the stability of an established international organisation.The role offers hybrid working, with three days in the office and two days working from home, and hours of 9.00am-5.30pm, Monday to Friday.Your new roleReporting into the Purchase Ledger Supervisor, you will take responsibility for a busy purchase ledger and support the team with a high volume of invoice processing and supplier payments.Your duties will include:-Processing purchase ledger and overhead invoicesMatching and processing purchase order invoicesPreparing and processing supplier BACS paymentsProcessing same-day supplier payments in various foreign currenciesCompleting supplier statement reconciliationsInvestigating and resolving invoice and payment queriesLiaising directly with suppliers and clients by telephone and emailWorking closely with internal sales and administration teamsProcessing duty, tax and carriage invoicesCompleting associated Excel spreadsheet workSupporting with high-volume transactional finance processingWhat you''ll need to succeedYou will ideally have at least two years'' previous Purchase Ledger experience, preferably gained within a larger or global business environment.You will be confident managing a busy workload ..... full job details .....
