Customer and Operations Executive
Our client is a specialist tour operator located in Leeds and they are seeking a Customer and Operations Executive to join their team on a part time basis. The role would require you to work approximately 20 hours per week and flexible with hours/days. This would be office-based with a salary of up to £34,000 pro rata dependent on experience.Customer and Operations Executive duties:Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and postManaging and updating the booking systemProcessing and managing supplier paymentsPromoting holidays where appropriateSupport month-end reportingProviding general administrative and office supportCustomer and Operations Executive skills required:Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong organisational skills with high attention to detailProficient in Microsoft Office and ExcelAble to promote and sell holidaysAbility to multi-task and work well under pressureTravel industry experience preferred but not essentialAdditional information:Salary up to £34,000 pro rata28 days annual leave + bank holidays (pro rata for part time)Pension schemeExclusive holiday discounts for you, friends and family
