This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on Project Manager to take responsibility for a varied portfolio of capital and estate improvement projects, working closely with the Head of Capital Projects and stakeholders across Kirklees College. The focus will be on delivering successful projects while improving the quality, sustainability and functionality of the estate, supporting the learner experience and delivering value for money. The RoleYou will: Manage capital projects and refurbishment schemes from inception to completion. Coordinate programmes, budgets, risks and project reporting. Manage contractors, consultants and suppliers. Monitor costs, programme performance and project risks. Ensure compliance with CDM, Building Regulations and relevant governance requirements. Work closely with stakeholders to minimise disruption to teaching and learning. Support project handover, commissioning and snagging. Strong project planning, budgeting and risk management skills. Experience managing contractors, consultants and stakeholders.
