An established and growing fire safety consultancy is seeking an experienced Senior Fire Risk Assessor / FRA Validator to join its specialist team.This is an excellent opportunity for a technically accomplished Fire Risk Assessor who has experience undertaking formal FRA report validations in accordance with BAFE SP205 and is looking to take on a senior role within a respected fire safety consultancy.The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality Fire Risk Assessments while undertaking technical reviews, validations and sign-off of reports produced by other assessors, ensuring compliance with relevant fire safety legislation, industry standards and BAFE SP205 requirements.Senior Fire Risk Assessor ResponsibilitiesUndertake comprehensive Fire Risk Assessments across a range of residential, commercial and other premises.Carry out formal technical validations of Fire Risk Assessment reports in accordance with BAFE SP205 requirements.Review FRAs completed by other assessors, ensuring technical accuracy, consistency and compliance with relevant legislation and guidance.Identify errors, omissions and areas requiring further investigation or clarification.Assess the suitability and proportionality of fire safety recommendations and remedial actions.Provide technical guidance and constructive feedback to Fire Risk Assessors.Ensure FRA reports meet the organisation''s quality assurance standards and certification requirements.Approve and sign off FRA reports ..... full job details .....
